Wipe with a soft cloth when the lamp's shade & base becomes dusty.
Do not use abrasive materials or cleaning agents. If there is a dirty mark, a damp cloth should remove it.
The lamp's brass components (top cap and washer, central stem and on-off switch) can also be kept clean with a soft cloth. The lamp’s brass components will age naturally as the brass oxidises over time
A 150ml sample cleaning solution has been included in your order for quick cleaning
convenience. The glass spray bottle contains 50% bleach & 50% water. You can use this
same ratio to refill your bottle at home.
HOW TO BEST CLEAN YOUR RUG:
Remove as much of the stain as possible by blotting or scraping up.
Spray the solution directly onto the carpet. Do not soak.
Blot the surface of the carpet, working from the outside of the stain to the centre. Repeat until the stain disappears.
Spray with water and blot until bleach has been removed.
To absorb any remaining moisture, use folded paper towels weighted with a heavy non-staining object.
When completely dry, vacuum to restore the pile texture.
Ps: Your rug has been carefully wrapped with the pile of the rug on the outside. Because of the unique shape of your Curvy Rug, you may experience waves on the edges once it is unrolled. Let this settle for a day or two, and you’ll have a beautiful flat rug!

We can courier 2x lights for the same price as for a single light. We've created an outer box where 2x lights can neatly fit into 1x outer box, so inside there will be 2x lamp shade boxes and 2x lamp base boxes.
We offer free shipping anywhere in South Africa. We aim to deliver within 10 – 15 business days to main areas.

Shipping from South Africa will take approx. 7-10 working days (excluding customs) depending on your location.
We are still working on our international shipment option for the Curvy Rugs. Keep an eye on the website or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when this changes.
Should the lights stop working within a year as a direct result of a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the lights to be inspected/repaired within a year of purchase. (the order payment is on record so we have the date on hand).
We cannot unfortunately be held responsible for any human error eg if the lights are damaged due to water, a power surge, or someone knocking them over or dropping them.)
If the bulbs need to be replaced, we recommend 2x warm white LED bulbs. e14. (screw in).
Under certain specifically defined circumstances, goods may be under warranty.
The warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of any faulty component. If collected from the Company, you are required to return the product to us at your own cost. Alternatively, if the Company delivered, we will exchange and deliver the product to you at our cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Subject to the provisions of sections 42 and 44 of ECTA, where applicable, the returns policy of the Company is as follows:
Products sold may only be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery, upon presentation of a receipt and on condition that they are returned in their original condition undamaged and unopened.
Notwithstanding what is contained in clause 1 and taking into account the nature of the Products sold by the Company, the Customer may not return Products that have been discounted, are on sale, that the Company has been expressly or implicitly required or expected to procure, create or alter specifically to satisfy the Customer’s requirements. For the sake of clarity, it is recorded that custom Products, being Products that are made specifically to the Customer’s instruction, may not be returned or exchanged. In the instance of a cancelled custom order, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Where applicable, the Customer shall return the Product at its own expense and be liable for all courier, banking and similar fees involved. These fees will be deducted from the purchase price of the Product if a refund is required.
In the instance of an exchange of a product, the Customer will be liable for the courier fees and banking fees in returning the Product and resending the replacement Product to the Customer.
If goods have been damaged in transport or are received to be defective in any way, the customer has 24 hours to report the incident & communicate the damage. Thereafter a return or exchange can be arranged.
Refunds, where applicable, on credit cards, will reflect on the credit card used to purchase the Product. Bank transfer refund, where the Product was purchased with a debit card or via an electronic funds transfer will be processed within a reasonable period after all the necessary banking details of the Customer have been verified.
